Mother's last name is not exist in my passport

Good Morning,

I am in need of your assistance/suggestion to move forward to fill DS-160 for my parents.

Mother's last name is not exist in my passport, where as the full name is mentioned properly in her passport. I only have QAMARUNNISA as a name of Mother in my passport.

For e.g.

Given name : QAMARUNNISA BEGUM

Will there be any problems in getting B2 visa?
Is that OK if I fill the DS-160 as per the name in her passport and mention "QAMARUNNISA" in 'Have you ever used other names' field?

That is not a problem.

She needs to use her name as per the name in her passport. No need to fill 'other names used' field.
