Tourist Visa for a younger Sibling

I want to call my younger sibling(age 30, single) to visit me for a month. He has a permanent job at a life insurance compnay. I am a US citizen. what are the chances of getting the tourist visa ? my older sibling was rejected student visa twice few years ago, does that affect getting visa for younger sibling. Should he not mention is his visa application that I live in US and just come for tourism purposes through some travel agency. He has some bank balance and can show some property on his name, does the immigration verifies all these info ?

The officers would be mostly interested in reasons and proof of the same which will compel your sibling to return back to his home country. A strong job with good income, a family to return to, a higher education to complete are some of the compelling reasons. If your sibling doesnt have any of these chances are slim.

He should not omit info about your presence. A caught lie can have bad consequences and US citizens can be easily verified
by the officers. And , in fact going to meet one's brother is a natural purpose than
going alone on a package tour to US.

Though his single status can be a negative factor, his permanent job and his income if it is very good can be positives.
Should show his own funds for the trip. His income will be a major factor . A two week vacation seems more appropriate
and leave should be documented thru a letter by the employer. Must carry proof of permanent job and salary
and an invite by you to the interview.

Bro's prior student denials won't affect his application.

Thanks. He doesn't make make a lot of money like software professionals do. he can show his permanent job and employment letter. Do they verify salary info. etc from employer.

The Visa Officers can ask to see the salary slips/IT Returns to verify the income.

Like I said , income will be important because he is single. If his income is mediocre, he could be denied because he is single and has a US citizen sibling to support him.
