B2 visa - question on Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip

hi,
I am an Indian national currently living in Toronto.
I am planning to apply for US Visitor/Pleasure B2 visa for me, my wife and my kid..

I need a clarification on "Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip" field.

Can seniors please advise on what should I select for "Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip" field my wife and kid?
Should I select 'SELF' for both of them or "SPOUSE" for wife and "Parent" for kid?

Please note I am going to submit my bank statements and employment details for proof of funds.

Please provide suggestions.

Wife should write 'husband" and use 'father ' for kid.

one more question, should I get any affidavit for my wife/kid that I am going to pay for them?
All 3 of us will be attending the same time.
