$119 Preparation fee for Form I-134, Affidavit of Support

Hi,

I want to sponsor my parents to come to US.
After logging into ***, I found that I-134 preparation fee is $119.
But at https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-134-...pport-us-visa/, I found a fillable I-134.

My question: Is it mandatory to pay $119 fee to ***?
Or we can just fill the form provided by immihelp.com

the website you mentioned charging $119 seems to be a private one. All you need to do is go to https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-134-...pport-us-visa/ and download the latest I-134
with instructions and complete it for free. There is nothing much to it.

As responded by "peace999," the *** website is a commercial site which charges for forms. You should go to https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-134-...pport-us-visa/ where the free forms may be downloaded. The expiration date of the latest I-134 is 12/31/2013, but the one with an earlier expiration date is still accepted.

Many people make the same mistake as you describe, going to various sites such as *** and assuming it to be an official government site, which it is not, and paying for forms and forms review almost as much as one might pay a paralegal to assist with the form.
