B2 stamping for parents at the time of my H1 visa stamping...!

Dear Friends,
I am planning to go India in next couple of months.
I am going for my H1B visa stamping (Chennai) and I am thinking to take my parents for their B2 visa stamping. (may be same day but different time).
My questions: is this a good idea to take them along with me for stamping. Because I have to travel all the way to Chennai and later it will be very difficult for my parents to go for visa interview all of their own.

Kindly share your experience/thoughts/suggestions.

I don't see any advantage or disadvantage in doing this. You can't accompany them to the interview. Even though you can show that you are willing to help them financially, they will still have to qualify on their own.

Therefore, it is really up to you.

Correct, I will not accompany them at the time of Interview.
My question is, being in India can I take them along with me to the consulate (not inside the consulate). Because it will be difficult for them to go all alone even to Chennai.
And can I send them first for visa interview and later (same day different time slot) for my H1 stamping? Will it be a conflict? since they will not have my visa stamping details (only H1 -I129 approval) at the time of their visa interview.

Appreciate your suggestion/advice.
