Confusion !!

Hi,
I’m presently studying in Uk (on Tier 4 - student visa). I’m not planning to continue my course here in UK anymore and wanting to pursue a course in US which would be a certificate course of 9 months (Fulfills F1 visa requirements). All I wanted to know is what would the best option.. wether I should withdraw from this course in UK and apply for F1 visa from my home country or I should apply from UK asa I withdraw from my course.

F1 is easily denied like a visitor visa if you do not show strong ties to home country and intent to return after the course.

Ditching your current course in UK won't be a good thing to present to the US visa officer when applying anywhere as
they can think you can ditch your short 9 mo nth course in US as well to settle down there.

Think and plan carefully .
