bank balance, URGENT

Hi, can anybody help me wiht how much money should be there in the bank. My mother's visitor visa has been rejected twice. one on insufficeint funds. she now has a bank account of 15 lakhs Rupees and my sister, who woudl be sponsoring her is showing 43 thousand dollars. my mother proposes to stay here for 2 months. Is this sufficient?

also, to the question - "who is sponsoring for the trip?", is it advisable to write self and show 15 lakhs Rupees OR write ssponsor (daugther) and show 43 thousand dollars OR write both?

can somebody please help?

When was your mother rejected twice? What reasons both times?How much did she show last time?
Was she sponsored(I-134) by her daughter the last 2 times? What does your
mother do? What is her income?
If it was in recent past;the consular might want to know how she got the 15 lacs?

If your sister is sending the I-134 (sponsoring) she will have to
show her bank balance and your mother can also show her balance.
If she is showing self-financing, your sister should not send the bank
balance.
