Visitor Visa - Property Document??

Hi All,

I'm sponsoring my mom for her Visitor visa.
She is retired teacher (VRS). She had one house and one shop on her name.
She will get her pension book this month.
I already sent the entire doc’s as per this site (Including I-134)
My dad runs a shop and the shop is in her name. The problem is the Original property deed’s are in Bank as a security for our house loan and business loan. We have copies of the deed’s. What to do?
Is it advisable to show the copies?
Can we get a letter from the bank manager regarding the loan?

The decision to grant her the visa will not rest on the property document;
it is not a vital part. She can take copies of it and a letter from
the bank.
