Need Help Filling up DS-160 Form for B2 Visa

Hello All,

I need little assistance with filling up the DS-160 form for B2 Visa.

Here are some queries...

# What is Given name? its my First name? or first and middle name together?

# Under travel plan there is a question
"Provide the locations you plan to visit in the U.S."

Here, What I should provide? Just the city name or the Place name+City/State name?
For example I will be visiting Grand canyon. So what I should put, Just Grand Canyon or Arizona?

# I'm working as a senior Marketing executive in an IT Company. So what should I choose in section "Primary Occupation"

# What should i put in "Course of Study"
as for university? should I put "Bachelor of Business" or I should my majors? Like Finance and Marketing?

*no majors just the name of degree you got.

There is a field "Briefly Describe your Duties:"

What Should I put in there? just my designation? Like, Asst. Manager, Marketing. ?
or little description of my duties? Like...

Achieves operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Establishes pricing strategies and recommends selling prices and etc etc ..

Which way to go?
