B1/B2.. Can I use for personal travel

I came in US on L2 visa and then moved to H1b and thereafter moved back to L2. Now my spouse is no longer working in US and is out of the country. I need to visit the country for completing some left over stuff like house cleaning, return of keys etc. Can I use the B1/B2 visa to travel. I already have this visa stamped but was applied by my company 8 yrs back. I have left that company now.
Can I use it for my personal travel?

o yes. you can use it without a problem. No relation to prior L2,, H1b etc.
At entry they will want to see that your visit is temporary so carry a return ticket and
state your purpose and duration as a temporary visit.
