email notification for incomplete ds160

Hi everyone,
I filled the ds160 form in november 7th and submitted it correctly. Then I made an appointment for 01/09/14. Everything was alright till I got an email from ustraveldocs.com telling me this : "Dear applicant, On the DS-160 visa application form, please ensure you fill in the requested biographic information for parents. Failure to do so could lead to delays in the processing of your application or even require a rescheduling of your appointment. Thank you".

I tried to check if I filled all the info about my parents in my ds160 but found out it was impossible!

What should I do I m lost please help

I mean it is impossible to modify an submitted ds160.

Verify if the information you mentioned in your parents DS160 form matches with what you mentioned in their Traveldocs account. Scan the DS160 confirmation page again to verify if details like name, date & place of birth, etc are appearing properly. If everything is fine, I would advice you to reach out to their helpdesk so that they can suggest on next steps.

If you have indeed made some mistake in the DS160 form then you will have to fill a new one.
