I am in US for last 2 yrs and planning to invite my parents and sister for a vacation.
My sister is unmarried but doing some part time diploma courses. She has never been out of India.
My parents have been on foreign tour before so they have that entry on their passport, will that be of any help to indicate that they are tourist.
What would be best to get all of them the visa out of these or any other way?
1) Apply for all 3 visa at same time, and I send the sponser documents.
2) Apply for all 3 visa at same time, and my father can show sufficient money to sponser for all of them.
3) Apply for mother and sister together and I send the sponser documents. So my father will be indication of their ties in india, later father can apply for visa.
4) Apply for mother and sister together and my father would sponser them, later father apply for visa.
I discussed with other friends and read in this forum also, but the answers were 50/50 so could not conclude.
Please guide.
