Selling personal car while on B2 visa

I finished off my 6 H1b yrs but could not yet sell off my car since I have to leave asap
I am planning to come back on a visitor visa and sell of my car at a later time. Can I legally do that? I already have a B1/B2 visa stamp and am moving to Canada

oh yes. Buying and selling a vehicle is allowed while on a B1/B2. You can even buy or sell a house on a visitor status.

Yes, you can continue insurance and vehicle registration on our car while you are outside the U.S. In most states your auto registration can be reduced if you report that the vehicle is not being used.
