son-in-law sponsoring wife's parents

Hi -

A couple of questions, B2 Visitor visa related -

1) Can two people (me, my wife) sponsor wife's parents ? Or is it advisable
for only one to sponsor ?

2) I worked for 8 years in one company, resigned last week and am joining
another company next week. Do I need to get employment letters from
my old company and the new company ? Does this job switch affect B2 visa
prospects if I am sponsoring wife's parents ?
