US Non Immigrant Visa Refused

I have applied US NIV from Dubai alongwith my wife with three kids. At the time of my interview they had asked about my "previous Travel History to US" after few minutes they have given us Yellow sheet with 221g clause.

Infect, I dont have any details about my previous Travel History but I know my arrival time from US which i had came so, all these details i had send to US Embassy Dubai alongwith my yellow sheet.

After week time again embassy post message to me to submit your passports, we had submitted my all passports to Embassy and within 3 to 4 days time my case refused and they had send all the passport back to us with refusal letter 214b.

Now my question is for what reason they had rejected to us travel USA since we had strong ties and living since 10 years.

Please advise.......

Visitor visa approvals are "discretionary," and there is a high rate of denial for B2 applications.

Without more specific information about your history, we can only speculate about why you were denied. Your prior travel to the U.S. may have had some influence in the decision. Perhaps you were an overstay, or were so long in the U.S. that the interviewer believed your intention to remain in the U.S. this time around.

Sometimes applying for visas for the entire family at one time suggests your intent to find a way to remain in the U.S. once there. My wife's sister and husband recently applied to renew their multiple-entry B2 visas and also applied for their two children at the same time. The children were denied, but the sister and brother-in-law were allowed to renew. Their previous 4 trips to the U.S., once every couple of years, were uneventful, and they provided plenty of evidence that they would have to return to their country (Philippines), businesses, real estate, etc.

Can I send my family to US ?

Since, my visa had refused, can i reapply and submit application only for my wife and three kids and i will be sponsor for them.

I have not overstayed in US but i went long time back early 1990's. I dont have any details about my Past travel. they have refused my family visa and mine.

Can i reapply and this time i wanna send my family + kids to USA and i will be sponsor for them. ?
