Transit Visa in Paris, france?

My Mother is travelling from BOM to Newyork by Air France. does she need transit visa for france?

Exception #2
You do NOT need an airport transit visa if, in addition to a valid passport of Burkina Faso, Cameroon, India, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Mali, Senegal or Syria, you also have a valid U.S. visa glued in your passport which will guarantee your re-admission in the U.S. (this only applies to actual US Visas, not to the I-20, not to the I-94, not to the advanced parole and not to any other attachment).

when they talking about Valid visa glued to the passport. Is this H1 visa or Any valid Visa?
If anybody travelled recently via France by US visitor visa please reply.

Iam facing similar issue

Iam travelling from newark to hyderabad via paris..My US H1 Visa is going to expire before travel date. But I have a valid canadian Visitor Visa. Iam not sure whether I need to take Transit Visa.Any help on this is appreciated.
