Form I 134 has an Expiration date of 12/31/2013 - is it ok to continue to use ?

Hi,

I am filling up Form I 134 to send to my parents for their B1/B2 Visa application to the US , I looked at the form and it has an expiration date of 12/31/2013 , Can you please let me know if it is ok to use ? My Parents are planning to visit the US Consulate in February 2014 for the interview.

That's the latest version available from USCIS. There is a disclaimer on the USCIS forms page authorizing continued use of that version.
