visa rejection

my visa was rejected in august.
i wanted to go for my usmle practical exam aslo called step2cs.
i have re-applied,and have made changes in my form.
like the stay is reduced,sponsership is now both parents instead of self(visa counsultant said to write tht!!)
i had my documents in order last time but the vc did not ask for any.

will the next time be any good for me??

are the changes good?will they make the difference?
plzzz let me know...i am losing my mind!

Why are you depressed? It is not the end of the world!

What was the reason for rejection the first time? The key is what you mention in your DS-156 application form....then comes your other supporting documents. If the consul did not like something in your application form, he/she is not going to look at any other additional documentation. For the members on this forum to help you, it would be good to provide more details on what you have written in your first visa app., and what you are planning to change during your second visit for the visa....

What were your step1 and 2 scores? Provide transcript of your
inteview so a reason for the denial can be identified.

duration:5mths 2weeks

sponser:self parents and self


stay:hotel still hotel!


i have finished my step1 n will soon be giving my step 2

dont be depressed u wil get next tim. book ur step 2 cs dates n then go . tel them it is imp to apply fo this year. i kno u wil get next tim. hope to see u soon in residency. all the best
