Need help in preparing doc. [B1/B2]

Hi,
This is the first time I am checking the threads. I really gained lot of informations. I need some help in preparing the documents. I am planning to bring my Mom here in Late Jan 2006 and would like to know what documents she has to bring from her side other than what I am sending and how soon do I have to send her the documents?
