How to prove "strong ties" with my boyfriend back in home country?

I was recently refused a B1/B2 visa which i needed to go and write the CPA exam under section 214b.
How do I prove to the officer when i apply again that I have a boyfriend back in India with whom I intend to get married to after I come back?
Is this possible? Can it help my casE?
