Name mismatch in wife Parents passport and her passport

Hi,

I am sponsoring visa for my wife parents, Her father name printed in her passport is SREENIVASULU, but in his own passport it is printed as SRINIVASULU.

If he goes for a visa is it become any problem or is it fine. All of his documents contains the name Srinivasulu.
Please let me know is it fine if goes for a visa stamping or is it required to change his name on the passport?
