Visitor visa renewal after 10 years

Hi,

My in-laws visa was sponsored first time by wife's sister.
Now the visa is about to expire in an year and I want to
sponsor the visa this time?

Will there be any issue in this regard if first time sponsor
is different from second time sponsor ?

And will the process be different for first time getting visa
to renewal of visitor visa ?

No, there is no issue if you will sponsor.

Also note that they may be eligible for a drop box if their
-first visa was issued after aug 2004
-if they are applying for the same type of visa and
- in the same jurisdiction.
