visitor visa for family of a L1 visa holder

Hi I am currently in US on L1 visa that expires on Feb 13 2014.but I have I-94 till 2016.so planning to continue in US on I-94.but I want to bring my family to us in April 2014.as I don't have valid visa that time ,can I bring my family using tourist visa.also what are the chances of visa approval for my family
