Urgently, sponsoring for my parents and sister B1/B2 visa???

Hi,

I'm working in USA with L1 visa and planning to sponsor my father, mother and sister B1/B2 visa to come and visit me for a month ...
my father is 62 years and retired, mother is 50 and working as a teacher and sister is 24 single and finishing commerce degree and not working ??

My Q:
1. Is it better to go to interview together or split them so mother and sister then father?
2. What is the best to say about my sister tie-in to come back? as she is single, not working and not having a property or bank account

sorry to say your sister should not apply in her current situtation.

Being single , young and out of a job in itself means she has no ties and is a potential immigrant.

They won't care for any thing else.

So if she went with them can this affect on their situation or not?

We can open a bank account for her and/or change a contract of an apartment to be under her name, Is there any other staff which I can do now and apply for her after 4 months from now? or any suggestions?

Also, Is there any chance 1% that she can get her visa now with her situation? without affecting parents visa?

nothing else will matter. she has to at least have a stable job that will ensure she will return.

People can be selectively denied in a group. It happens all the time. Parents can be granted and she denied, it is very possible.

all that said, people do get lucky sometimes even with a lot of negative factors.

which is better to fill in DS-160 and say: my father is sponsoring the visit or myself? specially, for my sister?
Also, my mother is governmental school as teacher so which type of job to chose: government or school? same for my father: government or engineering?
