Visa Sponsorship for parents

Hi,
I want to call my parents .My husband can sponsor them but my brother is also here.He is doing Ph.d and has started a full time job just recently.My husband has been working here for last 5 years .
and since my father is retired and both me and my brother r here,
1.what r the chances of visa getting rejected?and what shud we say if they ask why my brother is not sponsoring?
2.Shud my brother sponsor them ?
3.Shud we call both my parents or just my mother the first time?

I wud really appreciate the answers to these questions.

Riya - It does not matter who sponsors them, as long as they have sufficient funds to sponsor your parents. Just because you and your brother are here, does not mean the chances of getting a visa for them are slim. The key is to convince the consul officer that your parents have sufficient ties to their home country and that they will return after their temporary visit.
