Friends,
I want to get your help with my parents visit for 6 months.
They came once in July of 1998 to Nov 1998. Their visa expired in Jan of 99.
At that time dad was retired but mom was not. This time both are retired.
I want them to visit again. I have 3 month old daughter now and also a 7 year old. Should my I-134 mention both ?
What risks my parents have of getting rejected ?
I only have 2004's tax returns, I dont have 2003's or 2002's. Any problems ?
My dad is going to show his two houses, his pension papers, my moms pension papers. Is that good enough or not ?
Being the only son (no sisters also) and me being a PR person, what are the chances that they might be rejected ?
Do you know of any parents getting visa first time then getting rejected second time ?
Kindly help us out.
