Hi, I entered the US July 2005 on a B1/B2 multiple entry visa and was given 6 months on my I-94 card so it expires Jan. 2006. I left the US early Sept. 2005 but I plan to go back November 2005. My question is upon my reentering the US again in November, will there be a problem in my getting another 6 months on my I-94? Or will they give me just until Jan. 2006 because my previous I-94 stated that and they will follow that? Thanks in advance!

You will get new I-94 with new date. However, duration will be determined by the officer.
If you try to spend too much of your time in US, they may catch you eventually and send you back from the airport itself.Immihelp Support

When you get out of US and come back again, you get new date in new I-94 and it has nothing to do with old I-94 date.Immihelp Support
