Visa appointment for my sopuse and Parents on same day

I am planning to take interview appointment for my spouse, my daughter(H4) and her parents(B2) on the same day. Are there any issues/rejection possibilities for taking them together? I am planning only because of their convenience because they are travelling from Kerala to Chennai for the interview and parents are old.

Or Is it any benefit If I take appointment separately, for spouse and child on the first day and parents for very next day.? Please advise?

No. it does not make any difference applying separately. Go as per their convenience and let them apply the same day.
