Working in different places, can we apply for tourist visa at same consulate?

Hi. My wife is working near delhi and i work in hyderabad. We want to apply for a B2 visa. Can we both apply from hyderabad consulate office or will we need to apply separately in delhi and hyderabad, considering our addresses are different.
Can we apply from hyderabad with my residential address?
