..I checked out the New Visa Appointment WebSite at

http://www.vfs-usa.co.in

..does this mean that from Now On people in the US cannot book appointments for People Back In India ( may be we can check the appt. availability), coz the website talks about paying some fee at HDFC bank..

..and thru this website can People in Andhra Pradesh cannot book an appointment in Delhi ??

and can the OLD website www.ttsvisas.com be disregarded from now on ??

Yes and No.

First somebody in India have to get DD from designated HDFC bank then only you can book the appointment online.

If not the person who wants to go for the consulate interview can go to the local VFS offices and pay the amount and book the appointment there itself.

Atlast this system removes all the loop holes in the old system.

I am not sure. But as long as the person is not rejected earlier then they can apply there.

Yes. All the open appointments now you see there are cancelled by all those people who booked more than they need it.
