Regarding Visit Visa

Hey guys , I'm a Pakistani citizen who has been to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and currently staying in Pakistan and I just wanna know how I can get a visit visa to the U.S . It's been my dream to get there. I have a property but not under my name. So help me here ?

Criteria for a visit visa

1.you should have strong ties to home country. So the officer thinks you will return.
; mainly a stable job or business with good income. and/or spouse and children.

2. funds; your income should be strong enough that the officer thinks you can afford the trip.

3. Natural purpose and duration of stay.
