visitor visa sponsorship to Spiritual guide

Hello,

I plan to sponsor tourist visa to my Uncle/Aunt (they are not my blood relatives). My Uncle is my Spiritual guide and is not at all related to my family.
Purpose of visit is to show them tourist places in the US for couple of months. I plan to provide flight tickets, accomodation & medical insurance.
Since they are not related to me, please suggest what relation should i mention in the visa form.

They don't have to be related. You can say 'Family Friend'
