just got married to PR

I got b2 visa and i just married a PR status with greencard, but i was married in the Philippines but separated for more than ten years though not yet annulled.
1) can i still be petition (file I130)by my wife?
2) will it affect my I130 decision, negatively, coz i wrote my exwife name to the form i filled during B2 application.

You need to be completely divorced or your marriage annulled before you can marry someone else and they can sponsor your greencard.
