Self sponsored visitor visa for in - laws .. help in ds-160

HI,

I am filling up ds-160 for my father in law and mother in law, i have few questions -

1. Do i need to fill separate forms for both of them. As the trip would be sponsored by my father in law and my mother in law is house wife, what should be the sponsorship status for her?

2. The immediate relative would be my wife instead of me correct? but my wife is on H4 is that fine?

Any help is really appreciated.
