Im a married US visitor but separated from my wife for 11 years who remarries in Canada and now a canadian citizen uncertain if she legally file an annulment against me.recently i was married to a green card holder. My question is,
1 can my new wife file an I130 on my behalf

I answered this question yesterday to you, and you are now posting it again. Maybe you did not see my response.

Your new wife cannot legally petition you if you have no proof of your first marriage being terminated by annulment or divorce.
