Hello All,
I am in the process of applying for B2 visa for my parents. I am sponsoring for their visa but got into a question when I started filling out I-134 form.
In the past (December'2013 last week) I submitted the affidavit of sponsorship for my wife when applied for her visa transfer from H4 to F1. But it was not I-134 form instead it was an affidavit of sponsorship form given by her University where she is currently pursuing her Masters.
So my question is for my parent visa, in I-134 form (point # 9), should I say that I have submitted the affidavit of support for my wife to transfer her visa from H4 to F1?
Can you please kindly let me know about it?
