My mother in law applied for a tourist visa last year, but was rejected due to no paperwork. ; she wanted to come visit me and my wife at our reception.
second time today, we re-applied for her with all supporting documents, and also with another strong valid reason. * my wife is pregnant, due in may end.* but when she went in for her interview, she had the same interviewing officer, "white male" and he only asked her for her purpose for the trip. and with nothing else asked after she answered, he rejected her right away and did not give any reasoning. he's basically asked the same thing the ds-160 form ask. she paid money and for a 1 question interview? she applied for b2 visa.
should she reapply this very month and that 2 in hindi, so she gets another interview officer. or should i on my behalf sponsor her before may end, with an help of an attorney.
