L2 ead working full time sponsor visitor visa

Hi, need help for below questions:

- can L2 ead employed person sponsor his parents?
- if yes, I have been employed just for 5 months, with only one w2 filing. Will that be sufficient?
- would I have to provide additional docs?
- would I have to provide my spouses i94, i797, and other legal docs to support?

Technically anybody can be a "sponsor" for a B2 visa. In fact to be honest, one should avoid being a sponsor as that itself points to weak financial ties of the person whom you are sponsoring. It would indirectly mean to the visa officers that your parents arent financially strong to afford their own travel . Financial ties are quite important.

If you still want to go ahead and sponsor I believe you should show finances of both yours and spouse's.

Even if you are working on L2 EAD you technically are still on a dependent visa and the officer may surely want to see that you and your spouse are maintaining valid status (though I-94 and I797).

So, do I need to submit joint affidavit of support I-134.
Do we need to mention both of us as sponsors somewhere or its just financial documents like bank statments, pay stubs etc for both of us which my parents will carry for interview. Please guide.
