Hi,
I have a question on B2 visa I hope someone can help me find an answer for.
My parents were here in the US for 2 months on a B2 visa (multiple entry, with 6 months of stay stamped on arrival), visiting me and my brother, and they left the US two weeks ago. Since they left the US, my brother suddenly got sick, lost sight in both eyes and is confined to the bed with Doctors still trying to diagnose his condition. My parents want to fly back immediately to visit him and he by his side, but we are worried if returning to the US after just a few weeks would be a problem at the port of entry. We can get a letter and supporting documents from his doctors, to show that my brother will need to stay in hospital. Is there a risk they will not be allowed in at the port of entry if they return to the US right away on their current B2, multiple entry visa? Thank you in advance..
