Last month I have applied for my H1 extension, for that I have got a reciept from the USICS and I was being notified that it may take 30-120 days to get the extension papers.

Now with this condition, Can I sponser my Parents Visit to US?

Is it a risky option or should I wait till I get my VISA renewal.

Secondly, How critical is it to have the DOB certificate?
