Hi I am planning to take my dad who is coming on a B2 visa to usa to visit cannada.How are the processing steps for the same?

If he applies for canada visa after he comes to US, they may ask him
why he did not apply in India. They prefer people to apply in their home
countries because consulars there are more familiar with the conditions
and are better able to assess.

So , let your dad apply for the canada visa in India.

Hi I was concernd as to if there are chances that the USA visa (already issued)wud be revoked or wud affect the visitors visa when one applies for a visitor canadian visa in hyderabad.and wud be rejected? Is it safe to apply for the same in India or usa?

It is safer to apply in India. Canadians cannot revoke
a US visa. In fact a US visa may even help getting a canada visa.
Show them a return ticket to India from US which is a convincing
evidence that the canada visit will be temporary.
