I was rejected twice in Islamabad embassy for B1 visa I had to go there for a business meeting I am doctor and once I had a fiancé visa petition and it was approved but I did not apply for it now I am engaged in Pakistan , I lived 5 years abroad first time they said go back and poly there where you were living before second time they just said I don't qualify for a visa , even I have a sponsor from USA company , I want to ask now my one friend want to invite me there as tourist can I apply again? And what precautions I should take to go to interview Please guide me

Did you have a K1 petition for USA? WHy did you not apply? And when was it?

THat is the main reason for your denial. Once you show an immigrant intent , it is difficult to get a visitor visa.

Now, you should apply when you are married and settled . Then it is possible. Not before marriage.

Yes I had K1 petition and it was approved but then we just separated and there was no reason to apply so I did not go for it, so now they will not give me visitor visa any way? unless I get married ? It is ridiculous I have genuine reasons to travel , is there any other solution? Ease guide me and should I go for H1 or L1 visa?

yes, once you are married in pakistan( or your home country) and settled, then they will know you will return .

H-1 or L-1 are work visas that require petition filed in US by the employer. If you want to work there yes
go ahead. If your petition is approved, H-1 and L-1 cannot be denied like B1 for having immigrant intent.
