How to schedule appt after completing DS-156 form

We paid all the fees at HDFC center and trying to scedule appointment. We created saved application but it doesn't have appointment date. Could somebody help me what am I doing wrong?

I am waiting for the bar code from HDFC. Do we have to fill Ds-156 for taking the interview. And what else do they ask for. Pl. share your experience.
