Hello,
I'm a female, 23. Planning to reapply (2nd time) for B2 (got rejected for b2 in May 2013 under section 214 ).
* My sister is a green card holder and married to a US citizen.
Previous application :
* I was working (annual income 2.8 L per year)
* My brother-in -law was sponsoring my trip
* Have visited 5-6 Asian countries.
* None of my docs were asked, just basic questions about my work, income, and my brother in law
* Counsellor raised her eyebrow and said 'how come your Brother-in -law got citizen ship. ( my BIL is born n bought up in US).
Current scenario :
* I went to London for my masters in September 2013 on student visa
* After I got done with my semester 1 ( September -December 2013) I came back to India and have withdrawn from my course from here due to some personal reasons, (Student visa stamp valid till 2015, is still there at my passport. But obvious I cannot use it for travelling to UK)
* Currently I'm working under my dad in his company (colonisers & developers).
* Planning to take up a course in US but afraid if I get a denial, will ruin my chances to get a b2 in future.
* Have a good travel history.
What should I do in this case shall I apply now ? shall I go for a student visa ? Or shall I take up a course in some different country then apply for B2 ? Applying with family would help ? So confused, please help !
