denail at port of entry

Hi all,
Please help me out With the situation I face at port of entry, I have applied for Coleman University at San Diego and got approved visa from Indian embassy for the University, but when I am trying to entry USA at Port of entry CBP officer stop me and denial my entry n ask me to withdraw my application.
This is because University which I had applied is not good one n he said to apply for other University and come back.

So now I want to clearly one thing if get the Fresh visa will there any problem at port of entry again, please help me out???

If you get a fresh visa then you should not face any problem.
