hi,
I am applying for a tourist visa, i was refused visa twice in 2012, when i applied for the first time in 2012 i was not doing a job, i was waitlisted for admission in two colleges and I mentioned that and applied for the visa. My application was refused.
when i applied for the second time i was enrolled in one of the courses in which i was waitlisted and in the question ( have you ever been denied a US visa) : I mentioned that i was waitlisted for admission and now the result is out and i have enrolled myself, that course was 1 year diploma course which is over now.
Presently i am pursuing a law degree(post graduate course) which is of 3 years and i am in my first year.
Now should i mention the reason for denial?
As the second time i was enrolled in a one year diploma course? what to do i write in the option explain?
