Parents Tourist, B2 Visa Renewal. Need help

I'm trying to get my Parents Tourist, B2 Visa renewed. What are all the documents that are needed ?
They had 10 years visa that expired last year (2013).

Since they are eligible for it.

I assume you were not a US citizen last time they got their B1/B2. Now they may find it difficult and be called for an interview
as there is an automatic presumption of an immigrant intent due to being parents of a US citizen.

correction;
sorry. they will not be eligible for an interview waiver as their last visa was issued before aug 2004.

Please let them go through the regular application process like applying for a new visa.
