Help needed for parents visa- Pls. help

My parents visitor visa got refused in May and July05 on the basis of 214(b). I have shown my father as retired that time and my mother is housewife. He is 59 years old.

Now, I am planning to buy partnership in a running business and show him as business partner.

Pls. suggest what documents would be needed to support father is business partner.

Also, pls. suggest what else would help to show strong ties and to avoid 214(b).

I am only son and have only 1 married sister (India) in my family. I need them here. PLEASE PLEASE suggest and help.

I don't think that your so much investment of time and money in becoming a business partner will help.
Do they ever ask and see any documents? They only look at the application form and don't even look at any supporting documents or property documents. Preparing paper works doen't help at all in most of the cases.
The only thing that matters is to be prepare mentally. Prepare your parents for the interview process. They should be able to answer all the questions with a confidence. They should be well dressed and greet the counsilor with a smile. make sure that they don't show any desperation to get a visa.
My parents got their visa on the third attempt. All the three times they were asked the same set of questions you find in this forum. No documents were ever asked.
