Visitor Visa ( B2 )

Hi Every one I am 25 and I have applied for B2 visa and my father is sponsoring me and he is a american citizen. I need to ask you guys how to proof that i am going to return to my home country.

I have a job in my country from 1 year 2 month and my salary is 30k rupees and will take annual holidays to visit my father my now question is that.

Is my job can be a strong tie to my home country.??? Or i need to provide another tie please help me as I am really worried about it.

you cannot "prove" any ties. They are already there ;

1.age- young
2.Income - low ( no income ties)
3. I assume you are single ( no spousal ties)

and US citizen father , they will think you will never return. So chances are very slim.

Your dad should file an F-1 immigrant petition for you if you are interested in immigrating.
It will take several years, in the meantime you should try for an H-1b if you are interested in working in US and you are eligible.
B1/B2 will be almost impossible for you to get.

Thanks for your reply. Please guide me that what should i do
to get Visit B2 visa. And let me tell you one thing that my mother
live with me and she is not in USA. so she could be a tie.

Or I can show my saving account statement (10 lacs) which is actually joint account
of my mother and myself. Can i Show this saving account as a strong tie.

And my mother have some property on her name and she can trasfer it to my name
can it be a strong tie.

Please help i will really appriciate that.

I just going to meet my father because i have not meet him for 22 years.
And I am gona stay their just for 2 to 3 weeks. Please help me out that
what should I do to make strong tie. give me any suggestion which i can
do.
