Sponsor history on I-134

Hello,
I'm planning to invite my mother-inlaw as well as my parents to the US. In the I-134 (Affidavit of support), there is a question which asks us the name of the persons to whom I have submitted affidavits before.

Is it advisable to leave this blank for both of them?

If all are applying on same day, leave blank.

If they are applying on different day, then specify the details about earlier applicants in the later applicants.
